How it runs

Day 0: scoping call. Your hosts, your frameworks, what success means.

Day 1: install. Server on your infrastructure (Docker Compose is quickest), agents on your first hosts.

Week 1: baseline. First evidence snapshot and stakeholder reports.

Weeks 2–3: fix and tune. Turn on remedies where you want them, add your own rules.

Week 4: review. Compare against the success criteria; decide.
What you need
- A Linux server or VM for the LEA server (Docker Compose), reachable by your hosts over HTTPS.
